The Hyatt name immediately conjures up images of luxurious vacations, as Hyatt timeshares has long been known as one of the top hospitality companies in the world. Beginning with its first hotel in 1957, Hyatt now boasts 535 vacation properties in 47 countries. This ability to provide high quality holiday experiences led Hyatt to enter the timeshare market in 1994 through the creation of Hyatt Vacation Club, which is now known as the Hyatt Residence Club.
Hyatt Residence Club is an exclusive group of timeshare resorts located in some of the most sought-after vacation destinations in the United States. Starting with the Sunset Harbour resort in Key West, the group has grown to 16 resort locations – offering wonderful beach, mountain and rural holiday opportunities from the adventurous to the tranquil.
Where are Hyatt Timeshares Located?
These resorts are primarily located in Florida, Colorado and California, but also feature getaways in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Puerto Rico and the soon to be opened Ka'anapali Beach location in Hawaii. These Hyatt Residence Club timeshare resorts, also promoted as fractional ownership destinations, provide owners with entry into a membership-based community where you can vacation within the Hyatt network of resorts. Owners receive a deeded purchase which gives ownership of vacation time in one of the resorts on an annual basis. The use of the term fractional ownership refers to multiple week purchases, usually a minimum of a 1/16th share (three weeks) and higher – whereas the use of the term timeshare would refer to single week purchases.
The beauty of the program gives owners the ability to exchange their vacation time within the Hyatt network, allowing you to vacation at any of the Hyatt timeshare resorts. Because of the use of points programs within the Club product, ownership values can be converted into point values which are then used as vacation currency and allow the owners to vacation at any of the Hyatt properties.
Hyatt Gold Passport
Through the Hyatt Gold Passport program, Hyatt timeshare owners can take advantage of the global vacation opportunities provided at any Hyatt resort. This allows Hyatt Residence Club members to use their points to vacation at any Hyatt hotel, opening up a vast array of holiday options. The program also includes services and special benefits not commonly offered to standard travelers.
Vacation Beyond Hyatt
Hyatt is affiliated with Interval International, a timeshare exchange provider with a network of over 2,500 resorts around the world and a membership base approaching two million. This program allows owners the ability to exchange the use of their timeshare for a different destination at any of the resorts in the Interval network – providing even more outstanding vacation options to owners. Membership with Interval International is renewed on an annual basis, so if you are considering purchasing a Hyatt timeshare on the resale market, check with the owner to see if membership with Interval International is included in the price. If not, then you will have the option of either becoming a member of Interval International or perhaps one of the other predominant timeshare exchange companies such as RCI or DAE.
More Advantages with Hyatt Timeshares
Not only does ownership in Hyatt provide you with excellent vacation destinations, but the amenities and comfort of taking a timeshare holiday far surpass that of an ordinary hotel.
From multiple bedrooms to separate living and dining areas, balconies and full kitchen facilities – these units give you a “home away from home” feel that simply cannot be compared to a stay in a hotel room. The most popular timeshare is a two-bedroom unit which can be around 1,000 square feet in space, compared with a 300 square foot hotel room. It’s your decision – either squeeze onto the hotel bed with the pizza or relax in the comfort of an actual living space to enjoy a real meal in a timeshare unit.
Incredible spa facilities, refreshing lagoon pools, award-winning restaurants, terrific children’s programs and child care options plus access to the most desirable beaches and ski locations in the country – Hyatt provides you with excellent value for your vacation dollar. And perusing the amazing resale deals available here at BuyaTimeshare.com will save you thousands of dollars over the retail cost of purchasing through the resort.
