We love to go to Hilton Head! It’s a very family oriented place to visit. Waterside isn’t beach side but it’s just a short walk to the beach. We enjoy staying there because it’s not right in the middle of all the little shops so it’s quieter but still close enough you can walk to shops, restaurants, the beach , etc. They have several nice pools as well. We also enjoy renting bicycles and biking around town.

Waterside is in the best location to enjoy Hilton Head Is. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza Shopping center and Coligny beach. Great location for kids, the best beach on the island. The Coligny Plaza has live music in the square at night, and great little shops.

Hilton Head is about 4 hour driving distance from Atlanta. We have owned timeshare there since 2008. I enjoy most of the family friendly atmosphere. We like biking around the island and going to the beach. Spinnaker condos have been great. We book 2 or 3 bedroom condo when we feel like getting out of town. Spinnaker offer discounted rates for their timeshare owners when the condos are available. The condos are good size for average family.

Family fun for all, Waterside by Spinnaker is just minutes away walking distance to the beach. The water is great the beach is clean and everyone there was having fun. When away from the beach the kids dived into one of several pools offered at Waterside. Daily activities and games are the norm for all. Dad's special day was spent taking advantage of the golfing privileges while the wife spent time shopping. We had so much fun, deep sea fishing, zip-lining and even horseback riding. The island has everything. Our resort was comfortable and offered all the latest amenities. We cooked breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen every morning, then enjoyed going from one mouth watering restaurant to another every evening. The resort rooms are spacious and comfortable and the balcony was a place of relaxation every night. But the two events that really stood out besides my favorite which was eating the food was the zip-line and and horseback riding. The zip-line was a first for the entire family and it was a blast. The horseback riding was a first for my wife. We all got a good laugh watching her, but in the end she did good and now all she talks about is going back and doing it again. Family fun for all, I highly recommend Waterside by Spinnaker at Hilton Head Island for the entire family. Hope to see you soon!

My wife and I were looking for an alternative vacation location to take the kids besides Myrtle Beach. We came to Hilton Head for a vacation at the Spinnaker Resort and took the 90 minute sales pitch as required for our free three day vacation. We enjoyed the resort so much, we bought the timeshare. The resort is close enough to the beach that the kids could walk. The island has a lot of activities for all ages.
We bought a two bedroom unit and never had any problems with the unit or the resort. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. I enjoyed the four rounds of free golf everyday. I would invite my sons to play or my friends. My wife enjoyed the shopping and the beach. I would highly recommend Spinnaker Resort on Hilton Head Island as a vacation destination for any family.

Unit sleeps eight people counting pull out sofa bed. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, balcony. Great location, pool just a step away. Walk to the beach, shopping , grocery store. Great family vacation, great time of the year.
