This was a beautiful property with great views of the water, clean room. I was pregnant at the time so we didn't do a lot of activities. The staff was wonderful, the ambience was nice and we had a lovely time! I would definitely go back there.

This a beautiful well maintained resort with great amenities and a great location. It is close to other activities but has plenty to do at the resort for the whole family if you never want to leave. The people that work here are very helpful at helping you plan you trip and activities. I felt very safe and comfortable at the resort at all times.

My spouse and I have visited PV on numerous occassions and love everything about it. The people, food and especially the 5 star accomidations can't be beat, however due to a major disability of my spouse we are no longer able to take any more trips. This unit has been paid and there is no outstanding cost. I have to take a loss and let it go. If you are able to travel and especially if you have a family you can't beat my final asking price. This resort has never failed us in the past and its other awesome locations. Time is limited and I will be taking the first offer that comes. Luis Vieira (owner)

Villa Del Palmar in Nueva Vallarta is not only beautiful but spacious with a breath taking view and consistently excellent weather. We love Puerto Vallarta and recommend this location to anyone wishing to shorten your winter by enjoying beautiful weather, and many activities and cuisine to enjoy at reasonalble prices. Treat yourself! It is far enough away from the hustle of the tourist area but still close enough to take in some of the activities. It's like having your cake and being able to eat it all too!

We have friends that own a timeshare in Villa del Mar in Puerto Vallarta. This resort is old but has amazing character and architecture. It is connected to Villa Del Palmar, Puerto Vallarta and being a timeshare owner has the flexibility to stay at any of the Villa Group resorts. If you wish to have a quiet stay with a laid back group with barbeque facilities readily available or go to play pool volleyball and join in entertaining activities you can just walk next door to participate. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have also made lifelong "Vacation friends" that come back to the resort around the same time of year. It is close to downtown Puerto Vallarta that you are free to walk, bus or taxi down to the malecon and area for a more than reasonable rates. There is a large selection of shopping, restaurants, sight-seeing and activities available. Being a timeshare owner also gives you discounts to many restaurants and activities. Villa Del Palmar Flamingos is located in Nuevo Vallarta, an aspiring location with many new amenities and beautiful accommodations and scenery. It is a 30 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta and many of the smaller quaint villages in the area to visit. The friendliness, helpfulness, cleanliness of all of these resorts are high above any other place we have ever visited or experienced. With the two bedroom timeshare we own for one winter week, we have the options to stay at any of these resorts. Being worth 2900 points, we can opt to stay longer in a one bedroom or even longer in a studio if desired for the same cost. If staying in Puerto Vallarta, the points used are fewer for the same size accommodation... again... allowing you to stay longer for the same cost. We would not be selling our timeshare if circumstances were different. We were unable to use our timeshare last year and am not foreseeing being able to use it in the next few years. We are saddened to have to sell but hoping some day we will be able to return.
