Our first visit during whale season was incredible. We have stayed at the Sands almost every month of the year since 1992. Our favorite time is the winter months while the whales are visiting the Islands. However, each season offers something very unique and special. The Sands of Kahana is very spacious. Two bedrooms, plus pullout couch. It gives the feel of living in your own home or apartment. Kitchen looks into dining room and living area. Large windows in the living room and master bedroom offer spectacular views of the ocean and neighboring islands. Never a bad view. A nice lanai off master bedroom allows for having your morning coffee or cocktails while looking at the colors of the ocean and palm trees around the property.

Great location right on the beach---all beach and pool equipment provided---good grounds and barbeques available for cooking dinners. Also a poolside restaurant is good.---shops close by
Spacious units with big balcony---all modern appliances and TV---resort kept up well. Units cleaned twice a week with new towels etc
We have enjoyed many great vacations in wonderful weather for many years
