My parents purchased our Presidential Villas timeshare around 1999. My family and I enjoyed many years of vacationing there with aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends-there was something for everyone! We were close enough to enjoy the local attractions, beaches, golf, and restaurants or stay at the Resort and enjoy the activities. When my parents became better educated and more savvy about the versatility of pairing our timeshare with a “timeshare exchange company”, our vacation destinations and times became more flexible. We loved the Presidential Villas! It felt safe, secure, and like a home away from home! Due to health issues we are unable to travel now. We would love to see another family enjoy this timeshare as much as we did!!

Our family has vacationed at the Presidential Villas for the past sixteen(16) years. we have enjoyed using our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit which gives us ample for entire family(usually 10-12-people. The units are spacious, well stocked with everything to make it fell like home. The buildings, attractions, pools and landscaping are maintained in an excellent manner. The staff is eager to take care of any problems or concerns that may occur. Great shows and adventure entertainment are nearby. Wonderful restaurants of every description abound. Wonderful vacation experience!

WE LOVED THIS RESORT BECAUSE ITS CLOSE TO THE BEACHES, RESTAURANT AND ENTERTAINMENT. IT HAS ACCESS TO OVER 100 OF THE BEST RATED GOLF COURSES IN THE COUNTRY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY TO HANG OUT AND ENJOY THE VARIOUS AMENITIES AVAILABLE AT THE RESORT. THE RESORT OFFERS A SHUTTLE TO THE BEACH THAT IS ONLY A FEW MILES AWAY.
THE CONDO WILL SLEEP 12 PEOPLE AND IS AN AMAZING PLACE TO VISIT EVERY YEAR FOR A FUN FILLED VACATION.
