Luxury Vacation Villas at the Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina

Three floor plans are available at Painted Boat Resort Spa & Marina, ranging in size from 1,117 to 1,700 square feet. Although layouts vary, depending upon the size of the villa and its location within the resort, all timeshare units have identical furnishings and amenities. Other features you will find in every unit are fireplaces, decks with balconies, and spectacular vistas of the marina. The kitchen in each unit has high-end appliances, natural granite countertops, and a bar with seating, while off the master bedroom is an ensuite master bath with a soaker tub and separate shower stall.

One-bedroom villas have a spacious master bedroom, a cozy living area, and a gourmet kitchen. Two-bedroom lower timeshare villas have a master bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with queen bed and attached second bath, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Loft two-story villas also have a king bed in the master, a queen bed with second bath in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs open loft, and another queen sleeper sofa in the living area. For pet lovers, five of the thirty-one villas at Painted Boat are designated as pet friendly.
