the location is exquisite ,the golf is a challenge, the activities (your choice) food is delectable, view is unimaginable, amenities ---MOST relaxing, comfortable, relaxing of all our timeshare locations and experiences. activities are tremendous- waterfall pools,deck service, beautiful beach and protected ocean swimming, snorkeling. Easy access to nearby PLAYA DEL CARMEN with plenty of sights and activities!!! I keep coming back instead of using ANNA MARIA ISLAND or DAYTONA SHORES or my other vacation areas!

My wife and I had a wonderful fun filled week while staying at the Mayan Palace. There was so much to due on site with the beautiful beach, golf, fine dining or just lounging around the Poole. The resort is centrally located between Cancun and Playa-Del Carmen. If you choose to go off the resort there is loads of shopping, restaurants, site seeing and snorkeling or swimming with the Dolphins.
The only reason we are looking to sell is that my wife is now on Disability and she can no longer travel the distance to Mexico.

This is a resort fit for a queen! At this expansive resort, wooden walkways wind you through the Mexican jungle...all w/ ocean views! You will enjoy your time here, as we did, with unbeatable service, amazing food, pristine beaches, all within a resort environment that is elite in quality level. The entire resort, esp. the rooms are immaculate, and our every need was immediately seen to. I would love to visit again, for royal treatment, but also, I need to sell and allow you to enjoy this paradise instead.
