The key to enjoying years of amazing vacations could be a Little Gull timeshare for sale or rent on Florida’s Longboat Key. This charming boutique resort has sixteen unique cottages and is only steps away from the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
When you become a timeshare resale owner of a Little Gull cottage, you’ll quickly discover that there’s so much more to Florida vacationing than beautiful beaches. Vacation owners—even those who love spending their days on the water, swimming and fishing, also enjoy the resort’s proximity to the Ringling Circus Museum, the Asolo State Theater, Selby Gardens, and the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Sarasota.
Longboat Key is a barrier island that stretches from Bradenton Beach to Sarasota. Located approximately three hours southwest of Orlando and just over four hours north and west of Miami, Longboat Key has been ranked as a Top 10 Island destination in the U.S. by Conde Nast Travelers.
Easy to access, the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is approximately fifteen miles from the resort and both the Tampa and the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airports are just over one and a half hours from the Little Gull Cottages on Longboat Key.
All of the units have an appealing cottage-style design and décor. Floor plans start at one-bedroom and range up to a spacious four-bedroom unit designed to accommodate as many as ten vacationers. One-bedroom units have one private bathroom while all other floor plans have two private bathrooms.
All of the timeshare cottages have a full kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, air-conditioning, a cozy fireplace, and a porch or patio with outdoor seating. Some cottages have an in-unit washer and dryer. On-property amenities include a heated swimming pool with ocean view, children’s playground, a boat dock, bicycle rentals, barbeque grills, billiards, and an arcade and game room.
Units 1 and 2 have ocean views, others have pool views, and units 9-16 overlook Sarasota Bay. Parking is available underneath Units 12 through 15, as these cottages are built on stilts, beach house-style. For other units, parking is adjacent to, or in front of, the cottage.
