This affordable hotel is across the street from the beach. Great views of the city and the ocean. Rooms are spacious and come with kitchens, stoves, washing machines and full refrigerators. Mostly families who have been owners for several years at this resort. You really get to know everyone. There is a moderately sized pool with outdoor bar and even an outdoor hot tub. Shuffleboard and basketball court look brand new. Great spot for a low-key location near the beach.

This beautiful suite was a perfect spot for my 50th birthday party. Our family celebrated together and we were able to accommodate them with the extra sleeping arrangements. The spacious living and dining areas made entertaining friends easy and comfortable.
The resort is a few steps away from the Atlantic Ocean beach, and a short walk to the Halifax River where the first permanent house on the beachside, Lilian Place, is open to the public for tours. This 1880's Italianate Victorian house is filled with period antiques and features costumed guides.
Across the river is historic downtown Daytona Beach and Jackie Robinson Ball Park. Quaint shops and intimate restaurants await your discovery. There is a historical museum in a 1910 bank building, Cinematique which shows films from a wide range of styles, a Chocolate Factory and a Magic Shop where you can pick up that rubber clown nose you have been looking for.
The resort is close to the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and a short drive to the Museum of Arts & Sciences which is a Smithsonian affiliate. This large complex features a planetarium, restored railroad observation cars, Coca Cola memorabilia, fine and decorative arts as well as Florida History. It is also the site of the Brown Museum, housing the largest collection of Florida paintings in the world.
Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR and the Daytona 500, is four miles from the resort. Tram tours are offered when there is no racing on the famed track.
