The Andaman Wing of the main building has 95 standard rooms, 39 deluxe rooms, 25 balcony rooms, and 36 balcony deluxe rooms. These hotel-style units are designed for couples or couples with a small child. Within the main building there is a limited number of one-bedroom junior suites and two-bedroom royal suites. These larger timeshare units have a living area, a spacious balcony, and a refrigerator, plus all the amenities of a standard unit.
