This is a Double Lock Out Pent house unit over looking the tennis courts. It has an indoor pool with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor pool. The trading power with RCI is for unit 712 A is 11 and the unit 712 B is 9.

This location is wonderful for family vacations. There is so much to do and see. The resort is on the Beach and also has a huge pool. The shopping and dinning (the best fresh seafood!!!) is awesome...to the most unique out door fun a person can have...like hiking up the worlds largest sand dunes, flying a kite where the Wright Brothers had their first flight to hang gliding off the dunes. The kids will put down the electronics for sure on this trip! I bought this unit to use there but, then discovered how much more I could use it at other locations using the points. With the extra 62500 every 4 years, I have had so many points I could use them for air travel and car rental too or bank them, save them, rent them, or gift them to my kids. This resort has recently been upgraded and has a beautiful new clubhouse and pool area.
