My wife and I have stayed at the Papakea Resort about 25 times since 1988 (sometimes twice a year) when we purchased Vacation Internationale Points. We have also stayed at the Valley Isle Resort and Hololani, also through VI. Papakea is our favorite. We've also stayed at VI Properties on Kauai and the Big Island. But, Maui No Ka Oi. There are many more luxurious places to stay on the islands, but Papakea is just fine for us. We don't go to Maui to stay indoors and look at the furniture and nice decor. We usually go at the end of December and God Willing, we'll be there in December 2018 with our grandchildren. Papakea No Ka Oi.
