I currently own three deeded shares at Carriage Hills and Ridge. One hour drive north of Toronto with many different routes to take to the area. The purchase prices for each deed was $14K in 2000. Annual Association fees are now $1K per year. These are deeded ownerships and are exchangeable with International intervals worldwide. Wyndham Resorts has just purchased Shell Vacations, adding an even greater choice of worldwide resorts for exchanges!!
