I am the current owner of this unit, my wife and I have used it for the past 20 years and enjoyed many vacations from the unit, with its lock off ability it trades for 2 weeks plus if you use interval International, they usually will give you 2 bonus weeks.
We used to have an electronic business, and purchased it for use during CES show and also as a business expense right off, worked out well for us. Getting older now, don’t go on trips as much as we used too.

My experience at Polo Towers Suites was amazing. I resided in a beautiful clean one bedroom with a view that I will remember for a life time. There is always something to do around the clock. Polo Towers Suites has a delightful gym facility, roof top pool/spa with a marvelous view of Las Vegas and an onsite BBQ area along with activities for the family. Polo Towers is an exclusive resort located on the Las Vegas world renowned strip. I look forward to staying at Polo Towers soon. I give it 5 stars!

This was a great place to stay in Las Vegas! Right on the strip with easy access to many casino's. The roof top pool had a bar at pool side and as is the case with all Monarch location's, the staff was excellent!

Over the years we were able to see 'class acts' and terrific shows. There were 'girlfriend' weeks and couple get togethers. There is ALWAYS something to do in Las Vegas. This week is also available to exchange...New Orleans etc.

Las Vegas is a fantastic vacation destination. With all the strip has to offer you will never want for something to do. September is a great time to visit. The weather is still warm enough to lay around the pool but the scorching hot days are done for the year. Lots to do beyond the strip. Wonderful hiking at the Valley of Fire or Red-rock Canyon. Bonnie Springs Ranch gives you a hint of ranch. Complete with cowboys and a petting zoo.
The really wonderful thing about this timeshare is you can exchange it for wonderful places around the world. We have taken the family to Hawaii to spend Christmas on the beach. To Aruba where we all learned to scuba dive. Even Park City Utah for the best snow on earth. It you want to go there my guess is there is a beautiful resort you can exchange for.
