All units include a full, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and convection oven, a spacious living area, and television(s) with cable or satellite service. Sliding doors provide easy access from both the living area and the master bedroom to the private patio with barbeque grill.  Most two-bedroom units have an additional half bath. Portable cribs and high chairs are also available for rent.

The resort’s clubhouse includes a laundry facility for Lakewood owners and guests. While there is no on-property parking for recreational vehicles and boat trailers, such parking is offered in the area. Guest and owner parking for personal vehicles is available in front of timeshare units.
