Welcome to Indian Cove Resort (ICR) - a premier 5-Star Camping Resort (not a time-share)! We're located in the Sandbridge area of Virginia Beach, Virginia which is in the extreme southeast corner of the state. Visitors looking to buy, sell or rent campground resales will enjoy this beautiful property has been in operation since 1981 with ICR owners residing in all 50 States and Canada. Our camping resort, located on 118+ acres, offers over 325 campsites on fresh water canals and in wooded and open areas. All sites offer utilities and 98% are complete with full hook up and 30/50-amp service - rental trailers are located on 15 sites. We are a deeded ownership only campground (not open to the general public - but deeds ARE available), we are also a home campground in the nationwide Coast-to-Coast system. Therefore, we also offer limited reservations to Coast-to-Coast members. If you favor an ocean beach, Sandbridge Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is only two miles away. Indian Cove Resort is a private, gated community that allows our owners the ability to sponsor guests.
