Breathe in the fragrance of pines. Marvel at the spectacular blaze of fuchsia-pink rhododendrons with their deep green leaves and neon brilliant blooms, wrapping the hillsides in springtime color. When you become a Festiva Resorts at Blue Ridge Village vacation owner, you claim your own personal slice of this idyllic and peaceful mountain retreat in the edge of the Pisgah National Forest.
With vacation ownership at this Festiva timeshare, you can choose to experience the mountains firsthand by skiing, hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking. Spacious and clean, these vacation villas include 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom timeshare units. Hawksnest Resort is also a popular spot for winter fun with 20 lanes for snow tubing, ranging from 400 to 1000 feet in length. In summer months, Hawksnest Resort turns from tube slides to zip lining with over 20 zip lines (the longest zip line tour on the East Coast) including four mega zips.
For hiking, sightseeing, and amazing views, you’ll want to visit historic Grandfather Mountain, the highest peak in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Review:
The fall season with the changing of leaves here is beautiful and worth seeing. This was a perfect get away for us. We relaxed and enjoyed the clean mountain air and the view of mountains was outstanding. The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and spacious for 5 adults. Everything we needed was supplied there. The condos were being remodeled at this time. There was an indoor pool which we enjoyed as the season was a little cool and a tennis court right next to us. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to go back soon. Be sure and visit Daniel Boone Restaurant - wonderful food.
