We have owned units at Massanutten since 1998. We first owned at Eagle Trace and then traded up to Woodstone. We upgraded again in 2015 to Regal Vista. We did not need a four bedroom unit for our family of four. But we had hoped that by getting Week 1, this could be a spot where relatives in New York, Ohio, and Tennessee might get together for the holidays. In spite of numerous invitations, none have been willing to make the long trip. Our two daughters are now in their 30's and my wife and I are in our mid-70's. While the two of us go down every year and sometimes twice a year, we find that even half the unit is way more than what we need so decided that we should sell. They tell me this is the best week offered at Massanutten as it is around the holidays but we believe that another family could put it to better use. I have no idea what the Regal Vista units are worth and just picked what seemed to be an average number. We are not expecting to "cash in" and will be willing to accept a reasonable offer.
