This Elegant Penthouse is 4000 sq ft and right on the beach of Cabo San Lucas. The elevator opens into a grand entry way and a very large living area. The kitchen is large and has a dining table that seats 8 -10 people. There are three patios to view from. The Master Suite has a large bedroom with a large bathroom and dressing room attached. Attached to the Main Bathroom is another room with a personal hot tub that seats 6 - 8 people. Glass surrounds this room so you can see the sun rise in the east and set in the west. Right above the beach so you have an awesome ocean view. The balcony from the Master Suite continues around so you can watch the whales and see the pool area. Fiestas on the beach are visible from the balconies. You can also see the Cruise Ships coming and going to the docks but not close enough to hear them.
There is a 10 minute walk to the Marina and the Downtown area. Many restaurants and shops are available along the Marina and the Boulevard.
Costco and Walmart are only a short drive away and as modern as the ones in the United States. Amenities are outstanding and a lot of activities to attend at your leisure. There are 3 large swimming pools and a huge hot tub with a view of the ocean and the awesome sky.
A tennis court and a putting green are available right on site. Many activities are available outside the complex that can be arranged by the Concierge at the desk. Whale watching, Horseback riding, Fishing, Trail Rides on Dune Buggies or Motorbikes, Outside the City Tours are also available. Many visitors like to check out the towns surrounding Cabo San Lucas.
