Our family purchased our timeshare in 1990 and have enjoyed every moment of our time there.

The management has upgraded the facility several times since then...including the pool, balconies, roof, carpeting, furnishings, landscaping, etc.
Even though this is a small facility (which we love - everyone is so friently) there is everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay.
Shopping, restaurants, fast food, gas, movies, and much more are very close. There is even a small city playground adjacent to the facility.
The elevator makes it very easy to access the unit from the covered parking area.
