We have enjoyed this unit for around 30 years. We couldn't wait for May to come each year so we could take our vacation to Ocean Pines in Duck, NC. We lived in Newark, NY at the time. When I retired in 2004 my wife and I moved to Elizabeth City, NC so that we could be close to our timeshare. And we go to it at least once a month and spend the day at the beach and enjoy the recreation, pool, shuffleboard and the gym. We bring friends with us many times. It is so private here at Ocean Pines that is why we keep it this long. We just love it here. And it's a great place for the little ones there is much to keep them busy. The main reason that we are selling is that I'm having trouble climbing stairs and also, I have a bad back. And we decided to let it go and have someone else enjoy it as much as we have all these years. And down here in May the weather is great not to hot very enjoyable. You can see the Ocean from our decks, and we are located near the covered pool, shuffleboard, tennis court and the play area. You can park two to three cars under the unit. And we also have our own washer and dryer. The units closer to the beach have to share the washroom.
