If you were picking an ideal beach in Hawaii, Lawai Beach on the south shore of Kauai would be at the top of your list. Thus, it makes sense that Lawai Beach Resort is a much loved Hawaii timeshare.
Located on seven sun-drenched acres of land, Lawai Beach Resort faces this small, pristine beach, known as a favorite spot for experienced surfers, snorkelers, and anyone who loves to see a spectacular sunset over the water. Although high tide usually covers the beach, each time the tide goes out; it reveals the fresh face of Lawai Beach. No wonder sea turtles favor this spot! And if you’re lucky, you’ll even catch glimpses of the rare Hawaiian monk seal there.
Looking for fun things to do during your Kauai, Hawaii timeshare vacation? That’s easy. You can explore the island by plane, helicopter, tourist train, boat, kayak, zipline, an all-terrain vehicle, or even horseback. Take in a luau, whale watch from the shore or from your timeshare balcony, or shop, dine, and relax on the beautiful beach at the Lawai Beach Resort.
When you have vacation ownership property at Lawai Beach, you’re only two miles from the famous Poipu Beach Park (frequently a Hawaii “Top 5 Beach”) and less than one mile from the Spouting Horn Scenic Lookout, where natural blowholes along a stretch of rocky coastline force columns of water high into the air.

Review:
Beautiful resort on the south-sunny- side of Kauai. Across street from great snorkel spot, great restaurant, sunset watching, Near botanical garden, spouting horn, the harbor and Poipu. Great hiking, snorkeling, swimming. Koloa is nearby, great golfing on this end of the island. The unit I have for sale
These vacation condos are tucked away along a quiet section of Lawai Road. Just steps from everything Poipu and Koloa have to offer, the setting is what makes these condos special. Units are moderately priced and perfect for returning Kauai visitors with families in tow. The units are large and offer full kitchens, and the resort offers many amenities including several pools, a mini-golf course and lots of privacy. Certainly not for those who want all the service and activities of a full service resort, these units are peaceful and private for those looking for respite from a hectic working life. -

My wife and I were guests at this resort, courtesy of the owner. This is a lovely property, right across the street from the Beach House Restaurant, a world class restaurant destination for anyone visiting Kauai. It offers amazing sunsets and for newly weds one of the most memorable vacation experiences of a lifetime. This a one bedroom ocean view unit and you are encouraged to ask for the Banyon Building second floor up, so you have clear Balcony view of the beach. There is snorkeling right across the street, next to the Beach House Restaurant, and the resort itself has 3 pools to enjoy as well. My wife and I lap swim and the pool next to the Banyon building is long enough to use, you just have to come early in the morning, when the children are not there enjoying it. I highly recommend the Lawai Beach Resort should you wish to stay on the South side of Kauai. The entire Island is accessible from Poipu as well. Most people like to come to Poipu because it tends have dryer weather, but who can complain, it's Hawaii. Enjoy. Robin & Patti M. Modesto CA.
