Hi, I’m the owner of this wonderful time share. My husband and I came here
every year for 15 years in March to watch the whales.
The
gated community of Fiesta Americana is so beautifully maintained! The
rooms and the gardens are meticulously clean and well kept. There are THREE
swimming pools plus a children’s shallow pool and children’s activity cabana.
The staff are 100% warm, efficient and very friendly :-)
Sometime
we brought one of our 7 children- the beach is fabulous with thatched palapas
and food and drink service. The sun is always out ( in March) and the Sea of
Cortez is deep blue.
There
are THREE excellent restaurants plus a coffee shop with internet and sweet
pastries.
My
husband died this year and I must sadly sell this ‘magic place’.
I’ve
lowered the price- it’s a good financial family investment. You will LOVE it.
