This is a lockout unit with 2 floors. The point value is 182,000 and allows you to exchange with all Wyndham sites and exchange into RCI. We have been owners since 1989 and usually take 2 -3 vacations. My husband passed in July so it is time to sale.
The amount of points give approximately 3 weeks vacation if you split the unit.
