With only forty townhouse-style timeshare units, Harbor Ridge is, in every way, an exclusive retreat. Most of the units have a two-bedroom floorplan, but the property does include a very limited number of one-bedroom, one-bath units. Designed in a three-story plan, each timeshare maximizes views of the mountains, the barrier islands, and the surrounding woodlands. Deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors you’ll be able to spot from your window or balcony.

All of the townhouses have a fully-equipped kitchen, and most of the two-bedroom units have an in-suite washer and dryer. Amenities at Harbor Ridge include an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, a charcoal grill barbeque area, a children’s playground, tennis courts, a game room, and a fitness center.
