Golf in Las Vegas, here is your best bet! Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Arthur Hills, The Legacy Golf Club is an 18-hole, desert jewel highlighted by manicured playing conditions, multi-tiered fairways and large undulating greens. Stretching 7,233 yards from the professional tees, this memorable layout is a strong challenge for the scratch player, yet also accommodates the novice with well-spaced tee boxes and generous landing areas. And speaking of tee boxes, the 10th hole at The Legacy may be the most recognizable in all of Las Vegas. Each tee box is in the shape of playing cards suits: Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs and Spades. Also notorious at this premier facility, is the "Devil's Triangle." Holes 11, 12, and 13 make for a devilish trio of exciting challenges. The Legacy has become synonymous in Las Vegas for providing country club-style services and amenities. In fact, The Legacy Golf Club was selected as one of the "Top 10 Courses You Can Play" in Nevada, by Golf Digest.

Pure golf isn't about pomp & panache. It's not about elitism, knickerbockers or glitz. It's about conquering 27 holes as designed by Johnny Miller & Chi Chi Rodriguez. It's about the unhinged game and the grit to beat the course. It's about communing with the desert through its canyons, arroyos, and washes. It's about you getting that ball to the green. It's about pure golf.
Palm Valley opened in 1989 as the first of the three courses. This par-72 course is the Golf-Summerlin's longest, playing to 6,580 yards, and its rating/slope of 72/127 also ranks it as the toughest. The mature layout is neatly manicured with undulating fairways and rolling greens. Palm Valley's four par 5's are short to medium in length; the longest two open and close the round. The 1st hole measures 537 yards; the 18th plays 534 yards. The finishing hole is a slight dogleg right with water to the right from tee to green and out-of-bounds left, so a premium is placed on accuracy. Fairway bunkers left also come into play, and the green is further guarded by bunkers left and back. The 177-yard 3rd hole is the shortest of the four par 3s. The 16th hole plays a demanding 229 yards to an elevated green guarded by three bunkers left and a sharp drop off to the right. Palm Valley's ten par 4s give players a good chance to try out all their shot-making skills. The par 4s measure nicely across the spectrum from the shortest, the 343-yard 14th hole, to the longest, the 454-yard 5th hole that is rated the toughest on the course. Water extends from the tee about 50 yards out, while the fairway doglegs right and five bunkers right guard the turn. The green is well-protected by three bunkers tight and in back.
Highland Falls is one of the sportiest layouts in the Valley. The par-72, 6,512-yard course lies at an elevation of 3,053 feet, which means it offers stunning panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley. The front nine features rolling hills, which get steeper on the back nine. The four par 5s all play more than 520 yards. Two of the par 4s, the 4th and 6th holes, play 432 and 421 yards respectively, while the other eight all play less than 390 yards, but with the elevation changes, strategic fairway bunkering and well-bunkered greens, they all present fair challenges. Three of the four par 3s play less than 170 yards, while the 14th hole plays 206 yards. From the tee, one of the highest golfing points in the Valley, players can look down to the southeast and see the entire city. The eighteenth hole is a great test for golfers. The par-4 dogleg right plays 387 yards. Water runs from tee to green on the right, while the left is guarded by native landscaping. The green is well protected by twin sloping bunkers on the left and lake on right.
