Would you take your family camping if you could be assured that the experience would be safe, serene, and fun? The privately-owned Unicoi Springs Camp Resort has been helping couples, friends, and families create memorable vacations in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia for more than thirty years.
Situated on beautifully landscaped grounds, the resort is built around Lake Unicoi Springs. Here you can vacation in comfort in a rustic setting, only minutes from water parks, river tubing, horseback riding, mountain biking, zip lines, and so many other ways to enjoy your mountain getaway. Whether your family likes high-energy entertainment and attractions or prefers a quiet picnic in the great outdoors, the Alpine Helen and White County region of north Georgia is an ideal spot for a mountain vacation.
The resort property has a clubhouse with front porch and rocking chairs where you can “sit a spell,” relax, and savor the property’s tranquil setting. When you buy vacation ownership at Unicoi Springs, you gain an undivided legal interest in the camp and all its amenities. A recorded Warranty Deed secures your ownership.
As a resale buyer, you can camp in your own trailer, tent, or recreational vehicle. But you also have the option to reserve one of the resort’s twenty-one trailers or park models, making it easy to enjoy camping without the need to invest in your own trailer.
This clean, quiet RV park has approximately sixteen tent camping sites with water, electric, and cable television hook ups. Owners with recreational vehicles, travel trailers, and pop up campers, can choose from over three hundred paved camp site pads, all with a patio or deck area. All roads throughout the park are paved to make it easy for you to pull in, hook up, and get your vacation started.
Onsite are five comfort stations, a fully-equipped kitchen in the activity center, wi-fi service, a self-service laundromat, propane gas, a pet walk, and a camp store. Amenities include sports courts, tennis courts, a fishing pier, mini-golf, a playground, horseshoes, and two swimming pools.
